Entertainment One wanted to go all out promoting its premiere new show at this year’s LA Screenings: The Rookie.
The series has already been picked up by ABC to be televised later in the year, and the Beverly Hills media event was the perfect opportunity for eOne to showcase the pilot episode in front of the 600 international buyers in town for the festival.
We rolled out the blue carpet for the LAPD themed experience, with police cars, and their officers, ready to greet guests into the immersive screening experience. Inside the venue, large graphics, photo opportunities, police tape and talent areas escorted attendees through to a drinks reception ready for the screening, followed by the talent Q&A.
After the screening, guests were treated to a cocktail party including mock food trucks with full service catering, a Step & Repeat photo opportunity and exclusive interviews with the show talent.
The 600 guests from the media industry got a taste of The Rookie – another successful immersive experience.
