As Thales’ brand experience partner, we were asked to help drive consistency in the creation and delivery of their brand experiences across their entire agency and supplier network.
Guaranteeing consistency in all brand experiences across the globe required us to create brand comprehensive experience tools and guidelines.
Due to the global nature of their business and supplier network, the guidelines needed to be easy to use, take into account the global message whilst allowing for regional differences and accommodating local variations in production and logistics.
Working with Thales, we scoped, designed and delivered a toolkit which encapsulated the Thales brand; from overall positioning to the smallest detail of lighting and floor finishes.
We even created a standards document that detailed the functional set-up required to ensure a globally consistent guest experience for a Thales customer, everywhere, every time.
The success of this project was evident in the uptake of the brand experience guidelines, the implementation by Thales, their staff and their agency partners and in the results achieved across all global brand experiences.
