With 22 individually designed meeting rooms created as part of their brand experience at MIPCOM alone, they needed a meeting management tool to support their needs.

EventHive allows the team to schedule all their meeting before and during the live show days with the feature of post-event reports supporting smoother sales follow up as well as CRM integration.

With MIPCOM schedules opening 6 weeks in advance of the show, EventHive was used to coordinate more than 1,350 appointments with over 4,000 guests across all of the onsite rooms and meeting tables.
