LA Screenings provided the perfect opportunity for Entertainment One to screen their newest shows to a growing list of international and online channels. This was the first time eOne had screened at the show so they needed to create a high profile event to promote new releases and generate business.
Having decided on the venue, we were brought in to create a standout brand experience for eOne’s first time at LA Screenings.
After branding of the full exterior of the 3 story building, once inside, we rolled out the red carpets for guests with a dynamic lighting show, champagne reception and 2 screening experiences. The first screening took place in the main hall with surround sound for the screenings and panel sessions, and the second screening took place in a VIP lounge to host key prospects and the talent.
More than 500 guests were welcomed to the event and extensive press coverage amplified the buzz from guests who attended eOne’s shows. One of the many success stories of the screening, and subsequent sales negotiations, was with Netflix who bought the rights to Designated Survivor in a worldwide streaming-rights deal!
