Ben Freer – Production Manager
We’re delighted to welcome Ben as our new Production Manager. With over 12 years’ experience delivering immersive environments across theatre, live events, theme parks, and international attractions, he specialises in bridging the gap between creative vision and technical delivery. At 2Heads, Ben is excited to collaborate with a passionate team to craft extraordinary brand experiences that push creative and technical boundaries. Outside of work, he enjoys sailing, kayaking, and perfecting his American-style BBQ skills.
Millie Coaker – Creative Resource Coordinator
We’re excited to welcome Millie as our new Creative Resource Coordinator. Starting her career as a runner and working her way up to junior editor in Chester, Millie has built a rich portfolio spanning TV advertisements, short form, and long form content. She honed her craft over three years at Envy Post Productions, working on long-form television, and also spent time at Sassy Plus. Now, she’s ready to break the mould and explore a new industry at 2Heads enjoying the chance to work closer to home, immerse herself in a team of talented creatives, and embrace a better work-life balance. Outside of work, Millie is an avid hiker, regular 5k runner, and self-confessed social butterfly who loves spending time with her family and cooking up a storm.
Dinah Joseph – 3D Designer
We’re excited to welcome Dinah to the 2Heads Creative Team. After graduating with a degree in Interior Architecture & Design and completing a number of internships, Dinah is ready to take the next step in her creative career. She’s looking forward to being surrounded by like-minded creatives who push boundaries and bring fresh perspectives to storytelling and design. Eager to dive into a variety of projects, Dinah is passionate about exploring different styles and transforming abstract concepts into impactful experiences. Away from work, she enjoys swimming, playing table tennis, and finding new ways to stay active.
Helen Sayer – 3D Creative Designer
We’re delighted to welcome Helen to the team. With a background in Fine Art and professional experience in the museum sector where she worked behind the scenes with an art conservation team, Helen brings a unique creative perspective. She trained in Concept Art and Experience Design, and is now excited to immerse herself in the world of experiential design, expanding her skills while collaborating with talented colleagues. Beyond her work, Helen is never far from a creative pursuit, whether that’s playing guitar, ice skating, exploring exhibitions, or printmaking on her etching press.
Molly Hughes – Junior Graphic Designer
We’re thrilled to welcome Molly as our new Junior Graphic Designer. Before joining 2Heads, Molly worked at an architectural firm designing branded assets and website elements in-house. Prior to that, she freelanced in Bristol, collaborating with small local brands and businesses on a diverse range of creative projects, an experience that helped her refine her style and versatility. Molly is excited to dive into the variety of projects at 2Heads, working alongside a talented creative team and continuing to grow as a designer. When she’s not designing, you’ll find her immersed in illustration, oil painting, or photography. Growing up by the coast sparked her love for the outdoors and she’s been surfing since she was young.
