Project Co-Ordinator

The role is all about supporting the operations team in the successful delivery of projects. As a Projects Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for providing continuous support to both the Project Management and Technical Production team members.

You will be a self motivated multi-tasker, able to support multiple projects simultaneously. You may be asked to work additional hours during busy periods and in exceptional situations, this may be at short notice. Travel will be required to ensure continuous operational learnings and experience levels to be gained.

You will assist the UK office Client Operation team members and be a source of best practice. You will help provide solutions to the team to improve department standards and support at an operational level, in order to effectively assist the team with show planning.

Junior Project Manager

This is an exciting role that is all about project delivery, whether that be supporting bigger teams with their design and build exhibits or taking smaller events from the design process right through to the final delivery onsite. Ensuring the final execution is on brief, on time, on budget and delivered to the expected quality standard. Regular travel is to be expected based on the schedule of projects assigned.

With good commercial understanding and financial management, the role holder will be required to manage projects directly to meet profitability targets and be responsible for the commercial integrity for any / all projects they are assigned to.

Production Manager

The main purpose of the Production Manager is to help specify, procure and manage the delivery of all production and technical services for event and exhibition projects. They will work closely with the wider business teams from early concept stages through to on site management to ensure that we deliver the creative vision to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be solutions focused with a high attention to detail and a real passion for high quality project delivery.

The production manager will be expected to work both autonomously and as part of a larger team depending on the project size and complexity. Outside of day-to-day project responsibilities they will work closely with the Production Director to help drive Production best practice throughout the business.

Midweight Graphic Designer

We are looking for an ambitious and thought-driven Designer to join our busy multi-disciplinary design team. The candidate for this full-time position will be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite. We arelooking for an idea led, conceptual thinker who can also create stunning 2D work to back up the ideas for our clients. Experience in exhibition/large format graphics or similar is desirable, but not essential. Also, any skills in digital UX/UI would also be a bonus.
